This is a 0.19-acre mini park and recreation area. It is located at the dead ends of Ninth Street between Miller and Nestucca Avenues. It is the southeast children’s play area for the city west of the mill. It is also a piece of the Central Pedestrian City Loop, tying the park and recreation areas together. A grassy field, and a memorial plaque are onsite.
