City of Tillamook Zoning Map

The City Planning Department is charged with developing and enforcing city land use and planning regulations and collecting all development fees for projects within the city limits. City Planner Tommy O’Donnell and Planning Technician Megan Carpenter are responsible for reviewing land use applications, site plans, conditional use permits, variances, zone changes and plan amendments. They review zoning permits and other applications to ensure that they comply with city ordinances and codes. Zoning permits are required for construction or development in the City Urban Growth Boundary (UGB). They also make recommendations to the City Planning Commission, which administers land use rules and site development issues.

The Planning Department also administers Code Enforcement with Officer Debbie Coleman. If you have a nuisance or code-related complaint, please submit a complaint form. If you receive notice of a violation or believe you may be in violation, please reach out to the Department so we can work with you to resolve any issues.
