The Human Resources Department works with the City Manager, department directors and employees in areas of recruitment, classification, compensation, training, benefits, labor/employee relations and related human resource functions. Our goal is to attract, develop, and retain a diverse and productive workforce that provides quality services to the citizens of Tillamook.
