If a member of the public is looking for copies of any documents which are available for review, please complete a Public Records Request Form, and submit it to cityrecorder [at] tillamookor.gov, send it via postal mail or deliver the form to 210 Laurel Ave, c/o City Recorder, Tillamook, OR 97141.
