The City of Tillamook is seeking a qualified architectural and engineering team interested in providing proposals to the City for the rehabilitation of City Hall, at 210 Laurel Avenue, which is listed on the National Historic Register. Firms interested should submit a letter of interest and response to this Request for Proposal (RFP), as defined in the packet.
Sealed responses marked “Architectural and Engineering Services for the Rehabilitation of Tillamook City Hall” will be accepted by the City of Tillamook, 210 Laurel Avenue, Tillamook, OR 97141. Attn: Paul Wyntergreen, electronic data format (pdf only) or by hand delivery to Paul Wyntergreen, City Manager, 210 Laurel Avenue, Tillamook, until 2:00 p.m. local time, Wednesday, October 24, 2017. NO PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY WAY OF FAX.
Anticipated start date is November 27,2017, with Notice of Award to be mailed on or about November 8,2017 and contract refinement to be prepared the following week. The successful response will be used as the basis for a subsequent Personal Services contract. The City Manager will be the local contact for the Firm and will facilitate the Firm’s interaction with the City, as it performs contractual services.
