Many years ago the Hoquarton was the hub of the city of Tillamook, Oregon. The ships brought commerce into the city and took commerce out of the city to other parts of Oregon and the world.
These days, the Hoquarton is appreciated for it’s visual beauty and occasionally the kayak enthusiast finds this little jewel of a waterway to quietly paddle along.
The City of Tillamook has recently completed the HOQUARTON WATERFRONT PLAN,
