At their September 13, 2017 meeting, the Board of Directors for the Tillamook Urban Renewal Agency (TURA) adopted two new programs for funding assistance to those property owners with properties located within the TURA District boundary. These new programs replace all previous assistance programs offered by the Agency in the past.
Earlier in the year TURA adopted a Pre-Application form in order to determine the scope of projects and compliance with the TURA Plan for Goals and Objectives of the Agency.
The Public Project funding program will be open for public entities and agencies located with the district. Application packets are available for review and download on the TURA webpage or the Documents webpage. You may also pick up an application packet at City Hall, 210 Laurel Avenue, Monday through Friday.
The Private Project funding program is open for all private landowners, business owners, tenants, commercial property owners, and non-profit organizations located within the TURA district.
A map of the district can also be found on the webpages mentioned above.
